Barbecued Lamb on Skewers

Ingredients:
2 pounds lamb, cubed
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon granulate sugar
