This usually comes from an addiction to something like caffeine. Substitue healthy fresh fruits for high sugar foods. Substitue colas for water with lemon or lime. You’ll still get a good flavor out of this. Raisins and peanuts are also a good snack if you have a hunger urge.

I recently recommended racketball to a client who wanted to lose 5 pounds in a fun manner. Racketball is challenging, yet also very fun to play. If you don’t have access to a court, try tennis. It’s also very challenging, yet a great exercise. Any sort of activity that will get your blood pumping and your fun circuits firing is an easy way to lose body fat. Be creative!
Easy way to lose body fat #4 – Make small daily changes
What I mean by this is making small adjustments that will have you burning more calories throughout the day. These are things such as standing and walking around when you would otherwise be sitting. Park further away when you go to the store. Walk short distances that you would otherwise drive. You could also get a bike and use that if it is too far to walk.
