Eliminating the False Diet

Many times people often talk about losing weight, but for some reason after all there dieting through using different programs, for some reason or another they never seem to work, or garner the satisfaction one is looking to achieve.  So I would like to pose the question, why do we think that is?   Most would like to say, it wasn’t the right diet for me, others like to use what I sometimes think is a lazy form of terminology for saying “no matter what I try I just can’t seem to lose the pounds.
