Ingredients:
1 ripe pineapple – peeled, cored
1/2 stick unsalted butter
6 packets sugar substitute
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
vanilla-coconut ice cream
Preparation Method:
1. Prepare a medium grill.
2. Cut pineapple into 1-inch thick rings.
3. In a small saucepan or microwave safe bowl, melt butter.
4. Mix in sugar substitute and cinnamon. Brush pineapple rings with mixture.
5. Grill pineapple rings 5 to 7 minutes per side until nicely browned.
6. Add vanilla-coconut ice cream.
