Restarting Your Diet on Monday

It is very common to hear a dieter say, “I messed up today. I’ll pig out this weekend, and restart my diet on Monday.” This is something that I said repeatedly to myself during my 35 years of struggling with weight loss, and certainly something that I’ve heard many other people say. To get right to the point, if you want to lose weight, you need to completely and totally stop this type of illogical thinking.
