Smoked Salmon, Pear and Walnut Salad

Ingredients:

20g smoked salmon
2 small fennel bulbs
3 medium sized nashi pears
2 cups baby rocket leaves
1 cup radicchio heart leaves
2 small zucchini
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive
2tablespoons lemon juice
pepper and salt to taste
Method:
Trim outer layer off the fennel. Wash, slice, and place in the bowl. Core and quarter the pears. Thinly slice and add to the fennel.
